Biography
Kevin Alger is Head of Gas Trading at RWE Supply and Trading GmbH (RWEST). The RWE Gas Trading team trade gas at all major European traded locations as well as trading in the US natural gas markets. RWEST group are also actively trading Coal, Oil, Power, Carbon and Weather products.
Kevin joined RWE in 2000 and has built up the team to its current level with traders located in London and Essen. The gas trading team is the single face to the wholesale market of the RWE group.
Prior to joining RWE, Kevin spent 12 years working in various trading, commercial and financial roles for Mobil.
Kevin has been actively involved in hub development over the years and was a member of the team that created the Zeebrugge Hub, as well as contributing to the EFET trading conditions and the EFET GasHub Development Group.
