Bankers, hedgers and portfolio players
The market has lost many of the speculative and financial players and trading arms have been downsized. What is the current lie of the land with regard to market participants and how can we expect this to change over the coming years?

- Where have all the banks gone? Are we seeing a great market exit from the traditional financial powerhouses?
